Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, or on a Sunday, will begin processing the following business day.

Handling & Transit Time

Our total delivery time is made up of two parts: the time it takes us to prepare your order, and the time it takes the carrier to deliver it.

  • Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Saturday) to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Transit time: 4–7 business days (Monday–Saturday) for the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped.
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically email you a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
